Guiyang
Jiaxiu Tower
Jiaxiu Tower, situated in downtown Guiyang in Guizhou
Province, is a grand wooden tower built on a huge turtle-shaped rock on Nanming
River. Initially built in the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), the tower has been
renovated for six times. It used to be one of Eight Great Sights in Guiyang.
Now regarded as a landmark and a cultural symbol of Guiyang (Google)
Cuiwei Garden and Gongnan Pavilion
Cuiwei Garden is a group of large-scale ancient buildings. It
is mainly composed of the majestic and upright Gongnan Pavilion, the dignified
and quiet Longmen Academy, the graceful Danhuakong Cuiyuan, and the serene
crane and wulan. The building is integrated with the garden courtyard. Adjacent
to the Chengnan Jiaxiu Tower, it covers an area of more than 4000 square
meters. It was built in the Ming Dynasty (1425 – 1435) and was originally named
Nanan (Google)

The Guizhou tour ended in the evening and we took a
flight to Shenzhen.
