Singapore-Shenzhen-Changsa
This was a 10 days tour of Zhangjiajie and included 3 days cruise on Yangtse River by ASA tours.
On day of arrival, we stayed overnight at Vaya International Hotel, located in a scenic park within Changsha

Fenghuang(Phoenix) Ancient City, Changsa
Fenghuang Ancient City is an old town built during the Qing Dynasty and
its original appearance has been kept for more than 300 years and is a UNESCO
site. The city was surrounded by stone wall with 2 km circumference. It has
four main gates.
Wooden houses built along the Tuojiang River
There are 20 ancients’ streets, dozens of ancient
lanes and passages and over 200 ancient civil residences, old Confucian
temples, old temples and ancestral temples.
We took a boat cruise on Tuojiang River. This river is
the lifeline of the people.
Tujia and Miao is the major ethnic in this village
populated by Han Chinese.
