Jeju Island contains the natural World Heritage Site
Jeju Volcanic Island and Lava Tubes. It also features Hallasan, the tallest
mountain in SK and a dormant volcano rising 1950m above sea level.
Seongsan IIchulbong is also called Sunrise Peak is an Tuff
Cone formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions on shallow seabed. It resemble gigantic ancient castle formed about 5000 years ago
The volcanic lake was dry during our visit
Hyeopja Smoke Mould. They are used as communication in
ancient time to signal approaching enemy ships or emergencies.
