Driving route: Boston-Cape Cod-Provincetown-Pilgrim Monument-Providence
Cape Cod, a
hook shaped peninsula in Massachusetts, is a popular summertime destination.
The Pilgrims landed in Provincetown in 1620 and the 252 feet Pilgrim Monument
was erected to commemorate the first landfall of the Pilgrims.
Cape Cod has miles of beautiful white beaches and many lighthouses around the cape.

We drove to Seekonk, east of Providence and stayed at Motel 6, closed to shopping complex.
