Next itinerary was Pancake Rock in Punakaiki. and hour drive along the west coast of South Island with full view of the Tasman Sea.

After Pancake Rock, we drove further south towards Hokitika, then to Fox Glacier. The driving time was more than 3 hours. The sceneries were serene and beautiful with very little traffic. 

We stayed at the town of Fox Glacier and looking forward to trek on the glacier. It was the first time for all of us.
