Day 6

BEAUTIFUL LAKES ALONG JUNE LAKE LOOP AND DRIVE TO MERCED

                                         

We left the motel and drove on June Lake Loop to view Gull Lake, June Lake, Silver Lake and then Grant Lake. They are all on the Siera Nevada Mountain range in California. Yosemite National Park is part of this mountains.

Driving past Mono Craters

 After viewing all these beautiful lakes, we drove on Tioga Road and El Porto Road to Merced. Stopping by along the way and had a last look at Yosemite.

The next part of our holiday will be the Pacific coast.
