Evora
Cerca Romana or "Roman Enclosure" or Evora Walls surround the city of Evora. Walking around the perimeter seem endless. The earliest part of the wall were built in the 3rd Century.
Some building outside the Evora Wall
Igreja Mosteiro de Sao Francisco.This is an imposing Gothic style Catholic church dating back to the 13th century. The interior is elegant and elaborate.
In the museum, there is a large collection of nativity scenes from all over the world. Museum also displays paintings and artifacts.
Chapel of Bones. A spooky chapel decorated with human skulls and bones. There's a spiritual and moral explanation for the use of bones.

Catedral de Evora (Cathedral of Evora)
Temple Romano de Evora (Roman Temple of Evora) and the surrounding. The temple were built in the 3rd Century.
In Evora, houses are typically painted white with yellow outline. Streets and pavements are generally narrow, built of granite or large pebbles.
The hotel we stayed was previously a farm and a ranch. It's now an olive orchard.
