Day 10

Vancouver Island

We left Yow's house at 5.30 am for Swartz Bay Terminal. He left his car at the car park, and together we boarded the BC Canadian Ferry. The ferry departed at 7 am and it was still dark. Had a chance to see sunrise over British Columbia.

The ferry took about an hour and a half to reach Vancouver.

We arrived at Tsawwassen Terminal. We bade farewell. We had a wonderful 10 days on Vancouver Islands with Yow and Debbie. 

I hailed a taxi to Vancouver Airport. At the airport, we rented a car for the next part of our vacation to the Canadian Rockies.

We drove to Kamloops and stayed at Knights Inn. The second part of our vacation starts the next day.
