Bonn to Frankfurt

Finally, the sky opened up for the first time since I arrived in Frankfurt. I saw blue sky this morning. On the walk to Bonn Hbf (Station), I was delighted to  take some photos with blue sky. The journey to Frankfurt was over 2 hours and passed through many cities.

During the 2 hours train ride, I managed to take some photos. But the quality of the photos wasn't great due to the train motion and dusty train window. 

Frankfurt has been my regular stop over the years. So it was really nice walking down memory lane. The sights are still the same, nothing changed. The walk along the Zeil, a pedestrianised street running through the city centre is always pleasant, relaxing and entertaining,

Romerberg, historical market square in Frankfurt. Really busy this time for both locals and tourists.

The Main River flows through Frankfurt city. Many historical places are located along this river and views around here are very scenic too.

Many bridges spanned the Main River. Some are for pedestrian only.
